We are seeking a professional and experienced Front Office Executive to join our hospital team at KPHB. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hospital reception, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be capable of handling front desk operations efficiently.
Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage patient registrations, appointments, and follow-ups.
Handle incoming calls, provide relevant information, and route calls appropriately.
Maintain patient records, files, and documentation accurately.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the front office area.
Manage billing queries and provide support with basic administrative tasks.
Handle inquiries and resolve patient issues professionally.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and standards.
Experience: Minimum 2 year in a hospital front office/reception role.
Education: Any graduate (preferred: healthcare or hospitality background).
