The ideal candidate is professional, well-organized, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly, professional manner.Manage incoming calls — answer, screen, and forward appropriately.Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization.Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness of facilities.Maintain front office and reception area in a clean and presentable condition.Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.Support HR and administration departments in routine office coordination.Handle office supplies and inventory for the reception area.
