We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage our front desk operations in a hospitality or aviation environment. The candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in/check-out process and providing outstanding customer service.
Greet guests, visitors, or passengers with warmth and professionalism.
Handle check-in/check-out procedures smoothly and efficiently.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and room/seat allocations using relevant software (e.g., PMS for hotels, DCS for airlines).
Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person queries regarding services, bookings, or general information.
Maintain records of guests, clients, or passengers and process necessary documentation.
Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, security, and other departments for smooth operations.
Handle guest complaints or issues with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area.
Perform daily reports, shift handovers, and cash handling if required.
Uphold service standards and ensure complete guest satisfaction.
