Job Summary:

Breeze Rehab is seeking a well-organized and courteous Front Office Executive to be the face of our rehabilitation center. The ideal candidate will handle patient interactions, manage front-desk operations, coordinate appointments, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors professionally

• Manage phone calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries

• Schedule and confirm appointments for therapy sessions

• Maintain patient records, intake forms, and daily registers

• Coordinate with therapists and administrative staff for smooth operations

• Handle billing and payment tracking (basic accounting preferred)

• Ensure cleanliness and order at the reception area

• Follow confidentiality and data protection guidelines strictly

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma (Any stream)

• Prior experience in a front office or customer-facing role (Healthcare preferred)

• Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi

• Polite, patient-friendly, and professional attitude

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, email handling)

• Ability to multitask and stay organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
