Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they are guided to the correct department or personnel.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area with all necessary stationery supplies.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, maintaining office records, and data entry.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth front-office functioning.
