We are looking for a Front Office Manager to join our team at Kyzen Hotels to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk Operations like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹35000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front office operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.
Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt resolution of issues and proactive service delivery.
Train, schedule, and supervise front office staff to maintain operational excellence.
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams for smooth guest experiences.
Monitor occupancy, revenue reports, and room allocations.
Maintain front office supplies, systems, and ensure adherence to brand standards.
Handle VIP guests and manage guest relations with a focus on personalisation
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 4 - 6 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritise tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
