We are looking for a polished, customer-focused Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will handle all reception activities, ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes, and deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with our hotel standards.
Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Manage online and phone reservations.
Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
Respond to guests' queries promptly and professionally.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
Maintain the reception area and lobby in a clean and welcoming manner.
Process payments and manage cash/credit transactions accurately.
Maintain records of bookings and occupancy.
Follow hotel security protocols and safety procedures.
Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in front office or guest relations in a hotel environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software (like Opera, IDS, or similar).
Pleasant personality, well-groomed appearance, and positive attitude.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
