• Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.

• Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.

• Manage online and phone reservations.

• Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.

• Respond to guests' queries promptly and professionally.

• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.

• Maintain the reception area and lobby in a clean and welcoming manner.

• Process payments and manage cash/credit transactions accurately.

• Maintain records of bookings and occupancy.

• Follow hotel security protocols and safety procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience in front office or guest relations in a hotel environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software (like Opera, IDS, or similar).

• Pleasant personality, well-groomed appearance, and positive attitude.

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
