Job Responsibilities :
· Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback and ensuring a positive customer experience.
· Managing schedules addressing operational Challenges and ensuring the efficient function of the business.
· Identifying and resolving operational issues and finding solution to ensure smooth operations.
· Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered by the hotel.
· Organizing transport services for guests at their request.
· Providing guests with information about hotel.
· Keeping abreast of attractions that may be of interest to guests.
· Serving as a host at conferences and ensuring that all relevant, Ability to learn on the job
