Position Overview:

Execube Cowork is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone, introducing our coworking solutions, and generating leads. This is a no-target role, perfect for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain coworking space offerings.

Share information about current plans, pricing, and services.

Follow up with interested leads and maintain call records.

Schedule visits or demo tours with potential clients.

Maintain and update the lead database regularly.

Coordinate with the sales team for walk-in client handling and closures.

Build a positive rapport with clients to encourage long-term interest.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Experience: 6 months to 2 years in telesales, telecalling, or customer service.

Good spoken communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Confident, polite, and persuasive over the phone.

Basic knowledge of using CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets (preferred).

Female candidates preferred, but all applicants welcome.

Must be comfortable working from the Noida Sector-4 office.
