Front Office :
Manage EPABX system.
Manage entry/exit for visitiors & internal staff.
Manage all incoming / outgoing correspondence – Inward / Outward register for couriers, letters, Bill tracker, materials, etc.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Manage front desk operations, including receiving deliveries and handling mail.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed.
Respond to inquiries and provide general information about the company.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security protocols are followed.
Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks (e.g., data entry, filing, photocopying).
Coordinate with internal departments and support office operations.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
