We are looking for a well-organised and professional Front Office Executive to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a year of experience in managing front office operations, handling guest interactions, and assisting with executive support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
Manage the front desk, handle incoming calls, and respond to inquiries.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and well-organised.
Coordinate with various departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and organise appointments.
Assist in preparing meeting rooms and coordinating logistics for visitors.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier management, and other administrative tasks.
Maintain and manage office supplies and equipment.
Assist in basic office management duties as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and multitasking capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
