Key Responsibilities
Client Handling & Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for all clients
Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism
Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Call Handling & Communication
Supervise incoming and outgoing calls
Ensure timely response to client queries via phone, email, or in-person
Maintain professional communication standards
Staff Management & Team Leadership
Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service
Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance
Conduct regular team meetings to align on goal
