First point of contact for patients/attendants; manage reception desk and calls.
Schedule/reschedule dialysis sessions; coordinate chair allocation & waiting lists.
Register patients, verify ID/insurance; maintain accurate entries in HIS/EHR.
Handle billing & cashiering (estimates, invoices, receipts) with daily cash/POS reconciliation.
Coordinate with nurses/technicians/nephrologists; assist with transport and emergency walk-ins.
Ensure documentation per NABH/SOPs; uphold data privacy & infection-control guidance.
Manage waiting area, queue, and grievance logging/escalation; maintain professional service standards.
Graduate with 1–3 yrs front office (healthcare preferred); English + local language; MS Office/HIS.
