Key Responsibilities:
Follow-ups & Client Handling
	•	Regularly follow up with clients to ensure smooth communication and address their queries.
	•	Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide necessary support.
	•	Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
	•	Ensure timely updates and feedback collection from clients.
Administrative Tasks
	•	Handle day-to-day administrative duties to support business operations.
	•	Maintain records, files, and documentation systematically.
	•	Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and other office activities.
	•	Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
Daily & Attendance Reports
	•	Prepare and maintain daily reports related to business activities.
	•	Monitor and manage attendance records of employees.
	•	Generate and analyze attendance reports to track trends and discrepancies.
	•	Ensure accuracy in reporting and assist in improving reporting processes.
