Responsibilities:-

1. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff at the reception.

2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally.

3. Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and front desk records.

4. Handle customers efficiently whenever the sales team is occupied, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted customer experience.

5. Work closely with the CRM team and the MD to identify and report any mistakes or gaps occurring at the ground level.

6. Align the sales team to customer requirements, ensuring timely attention and follow-up.

7. Help with daily office coordination tasks when required.

8. Follow CRM escalation guidelines promptly to resolve any customer dissatisfaction effectively.
