We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team to perform a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, parents and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Collect fees and provide receipt to parents
Update entries in software and excel.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Report Clinic Manager about enquires, slots cancellations, payments etc.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
