Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-organized and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our office. The role involves handling incoming calls, managing visitors, coordinating office activities, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain visitor logbooks and ensure proper entry protocols.
Handle courier/dispatch and maintain related records.
Support back-office operations including documentation, filing, and data entry.
Assist in stock management and place orders to the company as per requirements.
Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
Ensure reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Perform any other clerical or support tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Pleasant personality with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Prior experience in reception/administration preferred.
