We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Atharva Speech and Hearing Care Pvt. Ltd. to perform a variety of administrative and front-desk tasks.
As part of this role, you will welcome guests and greet people visiting the organization. You will also handle front-desk responsibilities such as managing calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are attended to promptly and courteously.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls and record the same in the CRM.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Schedule and manage patient/client appointments.
Prepare invoices for clients using company software.
Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining records.
Coordinate with the Head Office team for smooth communication.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: HSC
Experience: 0–2 years
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Multitasking and time management skills
Good written and verbal communication
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to remain calm and manage front-desk operations efficiently
