Roles and Responsibilities
Manage front office operations, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process for guests.
Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly via phone calls or in-person.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including registration forms and billing information.
Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for occupancy.
Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management (IHM) or equivalent qualification.
3-5 years of experience in hospitality industry (front desk/receptionist activities).
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
