The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for the company. They will manage the front desk, greet visitors, handle phone calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Provide basic administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Coordinate with other departments as needed.
Handle inquiries from clients, employees, and visitors effectively.
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or similar role (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
