The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. This role requires a professional and courteous individual who can manage front desk operations efficiently while also supporting administrative and clerical functions. In an NBFC setting, this includes handling basic customer queries related to loans, EMI payments, and documentation.
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments.
Handle inquiries from walk-in customers regarding NBFC services (e.g., loans, payments, documentation).
Manage appointment schedules and maintain meeting room bookings.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Maintain records of visitors and ensure office security protocols are followed.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth front office operations.
Assist in managing petty cash or courier services, if required.
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role; experience in the financial or NBFC sector is a plus.
