The Front Desk Executive / Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role ensures smooth front-office operations and represents the company professionally.

1. Guest & Visitor Management

• Welcoming and greeting visitors in a professional manner.

• Maintaining visitor logbooks (manual or digital).

• Handling inquiries at the front desk.

2. Telephone & Communication

• Answering, screening, and forwarding calls promptly.

• Taking and relaying accurate messages.

3. Administrative Support

• Maintaining front office cleanliness and organization.

• Filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining records.

• Ensuring reception area is presentable and equipped.

• Coordinating with housekeeping/security staff.

• Handling incoming and outgoing courier/letters.

7. Professional Representation

• Acting as the first point of contact and maintaining company image.

• Maintaining confidentiality of information.
