Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, well-spoken, and customer-oriented Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to be the first point of contact for all walk-in clients and visitors at our Magarpatta site office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience in line with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet and welcome all walk-in clients, visitors, and prospective buyers at the site.
· Understand client requirements and brief them about ongoing and upcoming projects.
· Coordinate and schedule site visits, meetings, and presentations.
· Maintain visitor logs, enquiry records, and client databases.
· Assist the sales/CRM team with client coordination and follow-ups.
· Manage front desk activities, phone calls, and general office coordination.
· Ensure a high standard of hospitality and customer service at all times.
· Support marketing and promotional activities during events, launches, or exhibitions.
Requirements
· Graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
· 1–4 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service (preferably in real estate, hospitality, or retail).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Pleasing personality and professional grooming.
· Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
