• Maintain cleanliness and presentation at the reception and waiting area.

• Handle guest feedback and communicate it to the management.

• Support in creating a welcoming and professional restaurant environment.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Hostess or in front-of-house operations.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Presentable, polite, and customer-service oriented.

• Ability to multitask and handle busy dining hours.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
