Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors courteously, maintaining professionalism.
Manage phone calls, emails, and courier services.
Maintain visitor logs, front office materials, and records.
Support HR and admin teams in daily operations.
Handle basic client communication and appointment scheduling.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
At least 1 year of front-desk or receptionist experience.
Good verbal and written communication.
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.
Pleasant personality with good grooming and presentation.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional attire and office discipline mandatory.
