Customer Entry:
● Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a warm, friendly
reception.
● Engage with customers to understand their specific needs and purpose for visiting
the store, such as browsing interior design products or discussing project ideas.
● Collect relevant customer information, including name and contact details, to facilitate
smooth follow-ups and record-keeping.
● Check the availability of sales associates who specialise in the customer’s area of
interest and coordinate to allocate the right associate.
● Ensure a seamless transition to the designated sales associate, making sure
customers receive prompt and personalised assistance.
Customer Shopping:
● Guide the office staff to check with the customers if they would like to have any
refreshments or support.
● Keep an eye on the unattended customers and figure out ways to keep them
engaged
● Address any non-business related support (ordering food/cool-drinks, parking
assistance etc)
Customer Exit:
● Confirm if the customer has placed an order, intends to place one in the future, or if
there were any issues or dislikes about the visit.
● Request feedback on their store experience to identify any areas for improvement.
● Encourage satisfied customers to leave a Google review to enhance the store’s
online reputation, helping attract more clients.
Requirements:
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to make customers feel
welcome and valued.
● Attention to detail for accurately documenting customer information.
