We are looking for a polite, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage our front desk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and providing basic administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer and redirect phone calls efficiently
Maintain visitor records and manage the front desk area
Handle incoming and outgoing courier/letters
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
Provide basic administrative support, including data entry and filing
Manage office supplies and ensure the reception area is clean and organised
Respond to customer/visitor queries with patience and clarity
Share daily reports when needed
Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
Polite and professional behaviour
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)
Strong customer service attitude
Multi-tasking and time management skills
Ability to stay calm and handle busy front desk situations
Graduate
Experience of 6 months–1 year in front desk, receptionist, or customer service roles
