Job Title: Front Office Executive
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, patients, and clients politely
Handle phone calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling
Maintain front desk cleanliness and ensure smooth reception operations
Manage patient/visitor registration and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for updates and support
Handle billing, receipts, and basic administrative tasks
Maintain records, logs, and daily reports
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries
Requirements:
Any degree / relevant qualification
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails)
Pleasant personality and customer-handling ability
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
