Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is above 10th and 2 - 3 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in IDS Hotel Software, Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Candidate must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication and must be presentable.
