To assist in delivering a high-quality, safe, clean, and customer-friendly cinema experience. The ESP Staff ensures that guests are well-served across all touchpoints — ticketing, concessions, ushering, theater maintenance, and overall support. Trabajo
Customer Service
• Greet guests on arrival; provide information about movie schedules, facilities, promotions. Trabajo
• Respond to guest queries, feedback, and minor complaints in a courteous manner.
Ticketing & Box Office
• Operate ticketing systems for sales, exchanges, and cancellations. Trabajo
• Handle payments (cash/card); ensure accuracy in billing.
Concessions & Refreshments
• Assist or manage counter(s) where snacks, beverages are sold. Trabajo
• Maintain hygiene and food‐safety standards. Restock items; manage inventory of supplies.
Theater / Auditorium Maintenance & Ushering
• Prepare cinema halls between shows: cleaning seats, aisles, restrooms. Trabajo
• Check tickets at entrances; guide guests to seats. Address special seating requests.
Safety, Cleanliness & Compliance
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby, restrooms, auditoriums, and public areas.
• Follow safety protocols (fire exits, emergency procedures, equipment safety).
• Report technical/machinery issues, spills, hazards to supervisor.
Support during Peak Times
• Assist with crowd management during busy show times.
• Help with promotions or special events as needed.
Minimum: Completion of high school (10th/12th pass) or equivalent. Trabajo
Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or cinema operations is an advantage. Trabajo
Good communication skills (English + local language[s] like Kannada / Hindi).
Customer-friendly attitude; ability to remain calm under pressure.
Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
