The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role is responsible for managing the front desk area, handling phone calls, greeting guests, and providing administrative support to various departments.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
Maintain the front desk and reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Provide basic information to clients or refer them to the appropriate departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
Good communication skills in English and local language
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Pleasant personality and customer-oriented approach
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Minimum Graduate in any stream
