We are looking for a Front Desk /Admin Executive to join our team at Creative Proptech Pvt Ltd to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees at the reception area.

• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.

• Handle inquiries and provide basic information.

Office Administration:

• Manage office supplies inventory; order and restock as needed.

• Coordinate courier services – incoming and outgoing.

• Oversee daily housekeeping and maintenance of the office environment.

• Liaise with building management and facility services as needed.

Documentation & Vendor Coordination:

• Maintain and update basic documentation and filing systems (physical and digital).

• Assist with invoice tracking, vendor communications, and service follow-ups.

• Support administrative tasks such as data entry and correspondence handling.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an administrative or front desk role (1–3 years preferred).

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

• Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
