We are looking for a Front Desk /Admin Executive to join our team at Creative Proptech Pvt Ltd to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees at the reception area.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Handle inquiries and provide basic information.
Manage office supplies inventory; order and restock as needed.
Coordinate courier services – incoming and outgoing.
Oversee daily housekeeping and maintenance of the office environment.
Liaise with building management and facility services as needed.
Maintain and update basic documentation and filing systems (physical and digital).
Assist with invoice tracking, vendor communications, and service follow-ups.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry and correspondence handling.
Proven experience in an administrative or front desk role (1–3 years preferred).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
