Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist employees, visitors, and guests professionally.
• Manage visitor data, calls, and all front-desk communication.
• Oversee floral arrangements, print media, décor, and library areas.
• Handle inbound/outbound courier and mailroom operations.
• Manage laptop dispatch packaging and Welcome Kits.
• Coordinate photo ID creation and access control.
• Prepare e-way bills and track courier shipments.
• Manage meeting room bookings efficiently.
• Supervise key management for drawers and cupboards.
• Support safety, emergency response, and security processes.
• Maintain conference/event catering records.
• Assist employees with safety and ergonomic needs.
• Oversee parking administration and visitor parking.
• Support exit formalities with Mailroom/Workplace Lead.
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in front office/facilities preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
