Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage front office operations, ensuring seamless guest check-in/check-out processes.

• Handle guest complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of hotel transactions, including room assignments, billing, and inventory management.

• Develop strong relationships with guests through personalized service and attention to their needs.

• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure smooth hotel operations.

• Can oversee booking, booking platform software, reply mails, answer booking related calls throughout day properly in Hindi & English

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in a similar role

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management (BHM or B.A).

• Strong knowledge of Front Office Management principles and practices.

• Excellent communication skills for effective guest interaction.

• Preferred married
