Role Overview:
We're looking for a sports enthusiast with strong people skills to run our turf facility end-to-end. You'll be the face of Ground Zero during peak hours, managing operations, staff, bookings, and customer experience. This is a leadership role for someone who wants to grow with a sports-tech brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facility operations during evening and night hours (turf maintenance, lighting, equipment checks)

• Manage support staff (cleaners, security, groundskeepers) and ensure disciplined execution

• Handle walk-in customers, bookings, complaints, and feedback with professionalism

• Coordinate with the backend team for booking confirmations, payments, and scheduling

• Ensure safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and equipment upkeep

• Drive customer engagement through casual conversations, league promotions, and community building

• Report daily updates (attendance, issues, maintenance needs) to management

• Support marketing initiatives (on-ground activations, social media content, league events)
  

What We're Looking For:

• Background in sports (football, cricket, athletics, or any competitive sport preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in sports facility management, gym management, or customer-facing roles

• Strong communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and English

• Ability to handle teams, resolve conflicts, and manage operations independently

• Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude

• Basic understanding of turf sports and facility requirements

• Comfortable with night shifts and weekend availability
