Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
Coordinate complex travel arrangements and itineraries, both domestic and international.
Prepare internal and external communications, memos, reports, and presentations.
Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
Organize and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
Support board meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, minute-taking, and document distribution.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion.
Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
Assist in personal tasks as needed, such as errands or personal scheduling (if applicable).
Track tasks and deadlines, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
