### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule, ensuring optimal time management.
* Prepare, review, and organize documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
* Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director.
* Plan and organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements, including logistics and itineraries.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making.

### **Requirements:**
* **Bachelor’s degree** in any discipline (Business Administration or related field preferred).
* **1–3 years of experience** as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
* Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)** and general tech-savviness.
