We are looking for an Admin Executive to join our team at Zipgrid Proptech Pvt Ltd to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and SIM cards, ID cards, and laptop allocation with data management. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹30000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Maintaining and managing multiple Google and Excel sheets.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office records.

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
