Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and restrooms.
Serve refreshments, tea, or coffee to staff and visitors as required.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and parcels.
Assist in photocopying, filing, and document organization.
Deliver files and messages within departments in a timely manner.
Support staff during meetings and events (arranging chairs, serving water, etc.).
Ensure that all office equipment and furniture are in proper condition.
Open and close the office and perform any necessary errands.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
