Core duties
Food and beverage preparation: Prepare and serve beverages like tea and coffee, and perform basic food preparation tasks such as washing, chopping, and garnishing ingredients.
Pantry maintenance: Keep the pantry, refrigerators, and storage areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
Inventory and stocking: Monitor pantry stock levels, restock items as needed, and manage the proper storage of supplies (e.g., using the First-In, First-Out method).
Kitchen support: Assist chefs and other kitchen staff with tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Other responsibilities
Hygiene and sanitation: Ensure all utensils are washed and sanitized after use.
Serving: Serve refreshments to employees and guests, especially during meetings or events.
Errands: Some roles may also involve running office errands like going to the bank or post office.
Presentation: Ensure that food and drinks are presented in an attractive and professional manner.
