Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests
Maintain cleanliness in the pantry area, utensils, and office kitchen
Refill water bottles and ensure availability of clean drinking water
Assist in arranging lunch, snacks, or catering for meetings/events
Manage stock of pantry items (milk, sugar, tea, coffee, biscuits, etc.)
Clean office tables, trays, and meeting rooms after usage
Ensure hygiene standards in food handling and serving
Coordinate with admin/housekeeping team for pantry supplies
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
Ability to communicate politely with staff and visitors
Physically fit to handle pantry duties throughout the day
