Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.

Monitoring and replenishing office supplies (e.g., stationery, pantry items).

Reporting any maintenance issues to the administrative team.

3. Pantry and Hospitality Tasks
Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

Cleaning and organizing pantry areas.

Arranging refreshments for meetings or office guests.

4. Support to Staff and Visitors
Assisting visitors by directing them to the appropriate departments.

Supporting staff with minor errands or physical tasks.

Handling light messenger duties (e.g., collecting lunch orders, going to nearby stores).

5. Errands Outside the Office
Banking tasks like depositing checks or collecting bank statements.

Paying utility bills or collecting documents from vendors/government offices.

Purchasing office supplies or groceries when needed.
