Keeping the office neat, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
Cleaning desks, chairs, tables, and common areas.
Ensuring washrooms and pantry areas are clean and hygienic.
Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff & visitors.
Managing pantry stock (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, snacks).
Collecting and delivering documents within the office.
Assisting in photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing work.
Supporting admin staff with documentation tasks.
Going for bank related work (cheque deposit, withdrawal, challan submission).
Collecting and delivering parcels, couriers and materials.
Purchasing office supplies as instructed.
Helping staff with basic tasks like shifting items, setting up meeting rooms.
Managing office dustbin disposal and waste segregation.
Ensuring office premises open/close properly if assigned.
Basic communication skills (Hindi/Marathi preferred).
Hardworking, punctual, and disciplined.
Honest and trustworthy.
Ability to handle small office tasks independently.
Prior experience preferred but not mandatory.
