### Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Handle incoming and outgoing documents, couriers, letters, and parcels.

• Assist in carrying files, documents, and office supplies from one place to another.

• Run small errands such as bank work, post office, and market purchases.

• Prepare meeting rooms (arrange water, stationery, refreshments, etc.).

• Provide assistance to staff in photocopying, printing, and scanning.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager or senior staff.

### Requirements:

• Minimum 10th standard pass (basic reading/writing skills).
