Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to support daily administrative operations and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.

The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of office activities through routine tasks such as serving refreshments, maintaining cleanliness, handling deliveries, and assisting staff in basic clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities

·       Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms.

·       Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.

·       Handle courier deliveries, postage, and distribution of office documents.

·       Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing as directed.

·       Ensure proper stocking of pantry supplies and office consumables.

·       Support in setting up meeting rooms or office events (arranging chairs, refreshments, etc.)

·       Perform basic errands, such as bank deposits, post office visits, and local purchases.

·       Maintain confidentiality while handling office documents and staff instructions.

·       Report any maintenance or facility issues to the admin promptly.

Qualifications & Experience

·       Education: Minimum 10th or 12th standard

·       Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred

·       Skills:

o   Basic communication and understanding skills (reading/writing English preferred)

o   Courteous, punctual, and trustworthy attitude

o   Ability to multitask and follow instructions carefully
