Reporting To: Office Manager / Admin Executive
Responsibilities:
Maintain office cleanliness and hygiene.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle outdoor tasks (courier, documents, supplies).
Assist with filing, photocopying, and other admin tasks.
Keep pantry and meeting rooms organized.
Report maintenance issues promptly.
Be punctual, honest, and well-groomed.
Requirements:
Minimum 10th pass.
Prior experience preferred.
Polite, disciplined, and reliable.
