Office Maintenance & Cleanliness:
Ensuring the general cleanliness and upkeep of the office, including dusting furniture, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene.
Opening and closing rooms and ensuring the office is tidy and organized.
Mail & Document Handling:
Delivering and collecting mail, couriers, and parcels to and from offices.
Assisting with filing and record-keeping, and managing incoming and outgoing documents.
Errands & Deliveries:
Running errands for officers and staff, both within and outside the office.
Delivering outgoing correspondence to the post office and other locations.
Office Support:
Serving tea, water, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assisting administrative staff with various office duties and preparing meeting rooms.
