We are looking for a trustworthy and responsible Office Boy to handle basic office support tasks and ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and smooth functioning of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including workstations, pantry, and restrooms.

• Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors.

• Handle basic errands like photocopying, filing, and document delivery within or outside the office.

• Open and close the office on time, manage lights, fans, and other electrical equipment responsibly.

• Monitor and maintain pantry and office supplies; coordinate with admin for restocking.

• Support staff with shifting or setting up meeting rooms and workspaces.

• Handle guest reception courteously and direct them appropriately.

• Assist in handling couriers inward and outward.

• Perform basic banking, post office, or local purchase work when required.

• Ensure hygiene and order in the kitchen and common areas.

Requirements:.

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

• Honest, punctual, and reliable.

• Well-groomed and presentable.

• Ability to multitask and follow instructions.

• Trustworthy and willing to maintain confidentiality.

Work Timings:

9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,585.53 - ₹15,000.00 per month
