We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy cum Peon to perform various routine administrative and housekeeping tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our office and showroom. The ideal candidate should be energetic, punctual, and capable of multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office Maintenance & Cleaning:

  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises and showroom areas (including floors, furniture, pantry, restrooms, etc.).

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks before office hours and as required during the day.

  • Assist in the setup and cleaning of meeting rooms before and after meetings.

• Pantry & Hospitality Services:

  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to clients, guests, and staff as required.

  • Maintain cleanliness and stock of pantry items and kitchen area.

  • Replenish office supplies like toiletries, beverages, and consumables.

• Messenger Duties:

  • Timely delivery and collection of documents, cheques, parcels, and other official items to/from clients, vendors, and banks.

  • Maintain a log of all deliveries and pickups with signatures and time records.

  • Ensure confidentiality and safety of all documents handled.

• General Support:

  • Assist in photocopying, filing, and scanning of documents as requested.

  • Provide support in arranging office materials, dispatching courier packages, and other errands.

  • Move and rearrange office furniture and equipment when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: High School or equivalent.

• Proven experience as an office boy/peon or in a similar role is preferred.

• Familiarity with basic cleaning and maintenance procedures.

• Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible with a polite demeanor.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• Basic understanding of English/Hindi or local language.

Working Hours:

9:45 AM to 7.00 PM, Monday to Saturday
