key responsibility:-
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (including workstations, pantry, washrooms, and meeting rooms).
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Handle the preparation and distribution of refreshments during meetings.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical work as required.
Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and couriers within and outside the office.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and ensuring required materials are in place.
Monitor and maintain office supplies and inform the Admin/HR team when stock needs replenishment.
Support staff in minor errands such as bank deposits, stationery purchase, or other field work.
Ensure proper locking and security of office premises after working hours (if assigned).
Maintain decorum and discipline in the office.
